With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning insurance, automotive estimating, and operations management, Randall Little brings a unique combination of technical expertise, craftsmanship, and client-focused service to every home built by DCG Designs.
Throughout his career, Randall earned a reputation for excellence while working in the insurance and collision repair industries. Rising through the ranks to become a Regional Manager, he oversaw the operations of more than seven auto body repair facilities throughout Texas, leading large teams, managing complex projects, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Those years taught him that exceptional results are achieved through attention to detail, accountability, and never compromising on quality.
Today, Randall applies those same principles to custom home building.
As the owner of DCG Designs, he approaches every home as if he were building it for his own family. From the foundation to the final walkthrough, Randall is personally invested in every detail, ensuring each home reflects superior craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and lasting value. Oscar Cardenas is a lifelong entrepreneur whose career has been built on recognizing opportunity, creating value, and delivering exceptional quality. Over the years, he has successfully owned and operated businesses in paintless dent repair, auto body collision repair, commercial real estate, and now custom luxury home building.
In 2016, Oscar expanded into commercial property ownership, where he developed a deeper understanding of real estate investment, construction, and long-term asset development. That experience strengthened his passion for creating properties that combine lasting value with exceptional craftsmanship.
Today, Oscar's focus is singular: building custom luxury homes through DCG Designs.
His entrepreneurial mindset, business experience, and commitment to excellence drive every project from concept to completion. Oscar believes every home should be thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and built to stand the test of time.
